We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, and we could easily explore the city centre on foot. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast was tasty, and we liked the cleanliness of our room.

The room cleanliness was not up to my standards, which was a bit disappointing.

Enjoyed the city center location, and the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of the shopping center. The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable bedding. It was great to have free access to the internet throughout our stay.

The pool was much smaller than we anticipated from the pictures, which was a bit of a disappointment. during our stay, we experienced a water outage that lasted 1.5 days, which made it impossible to shower or even flush the toilet - a major inconvenience.
